All orders are final sale. 

    We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States.

 

PACKING YOUR ART - More Information 

Original art is carefully packaged, and very large works may require a crate. Most paintings and prints will be shipped in a padded box. More information here.

SHIPPING SCHEDULES

Below is an estimated shipping schedule for our artworks:

Original Paintings in Stock: All orders ship within 2 business days.

Original Paintings to be Framed: 7 -10 business days.

Prints, and Specialty Items: 7-10 business days

CRATING
We use Freighters And Craters, a local shipping company in Richmond, VA with great experience in crating and shipping fine art. We will give you a custom update when crating your art purchase. Contact us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders shipped internationally are final sale. 

We ship almost anywhere. International shipping, handling and insurance costs vary in direct proportion to the size, value, and weight of the art and the distance shipped. For that reason international shipping is not included in the sale price and will be displayed at checkout.

   At this time, we use UPS and/or DHL Express to ship all international orders.

International Shipping fees are based on location, package weight, and dimensions, AND WILL BE ADDED TO ORDER AND INVOICED PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All art, prints, gift cards, and specialty items are final sale. We take great pride in selling pristine, new, ready-to-hang or frame fine art. To ensure the perfect condition of all art, our policy is to accept returns only in the case of damage in transit.

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING, or WRONG ORDERS
All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.

DAMAGED orders will be replaced or refunded, based on insurance coverage. RETAIN ALL PACKAGING BECAUSE THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL WANT TO INSPECT IT BEFORE ALLOWING INSURANCE CLAIMS.

In the rare case of wrong orders, refunds/replacements cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item. We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your return is processed, and we verify the improper order, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card or send the exchanged items.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT
If your package requires a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

 

INSURANCE


Insurance is provided for items shipped via freight and valued at over $100 by UPS Capital, an affiliate of UPS. They provide competitive rates, and cover all carriers and transportation modes. Reimbursement up to full invoice value and freight charges is standard. More info here. 

Packages shipped via USPS will be insured by the postal service. 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
To guarantee your domestic order will arrive by December 25th, please have all orders placed by the following dates, and feel free to email ABowlesArt@gmail.com with any expedited requests:

USPS Priority, or UPS express services: December 15th

UPS Ground: December 10th
